Terms and Conditions

All items will be sent by Royal Mail and should arrive in perfect condition. If there is a problem however please contact us as soon as you receive the product and we will do our best to resolve the issue

If you wish to return the product this is fine but we will need to receive the goods back in a resellable condition before we can issue a refund. All customers returning goods must obtain PROOF OF POSTAGE from the Royal Mail as any items lost in the post when returning will not be refunded and you will have to claim the value of the goods from the Royal Mail
